365-DAY FREE (U.S.) RETURNS & EXCHANGES

After ship date, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund, or exchange for another size/style, for up to 365 days from the date the original order was shipped. Returns must be clean, in the state you received them, with original packaging and all accessories included. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, we can send you a prepaid return label. It is best to reply to your order confirmation email to initiate the return/exchange, but if you cannot locate it, contact us here.
International order needing return or exchange? You'll need to ship the original shoes back to us, but we'll send out your replacement for no extra charge. 

MANUFACTURER'S WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE

Once you've started wearing them, our manufacturer guarantees the workmanship of every shoe they make for the life of the original outsole (e.g. a shoe that exhibits a manufacturing defect when the outsole is worn down to 25% of its useful life can be returned for a 25% refund).
